Dinner for 6 to 12 people, with seating, is a comfortable size group.
Cocktail set-up and hors d’oeuvres for up to 25 people is available.
With more than 12 guests, please anticipate the need for a waiter.
Select a date.
Please reserve at least a week in advance.
And compose a menu!
You and I will develop a plan for the evening, reflecting your food interests and preferences and taking into account seasonal freshness of ingredients and market availability.
I can also work on a visual theme for the evening, including decorations and table layout to compliment the menu.
Pick up your wines
Choose matching wines from your cellar or on my list , the cocktails we can make up or all the goodies that will warm up your evening!

RELY ON ME FOR EVERYTHING!
I will assemble the freshest ingredients of the highest quality, including herbs and spices, vegetables, meats, fish, chocolates and more. I will do everything necessary for the successful preparation and presentation of the dinner.
I can work with your kitchen equipment, supplementing it with my professional materials as needed.
I will locate and place the decorative elements needed to create the desired ambiance for the evening.
Finally, I will leave your kitchen and dinning room as squeaky clean as i found it when i arrived
I will arrive in the afternoon of the event to prepare and set-up, making your evening relaxed and easy.
